As an early riser, you have probably already run several miles before your workday begins. More than likely, others are just getting up by the time you have completed a half day of work. This is beneficial to you and helps you to greet the day with a feeling of success. If you are taking a test or an exam or studying, you may have to have a long talk with yourself in order to stay in your chair and keep at it. The same goes for calculating or shuffling papers. Some of your work could be boring and an extra concerted effort may be needed all during this day. Take a break at least twice during the day–if possible, enjoy a bit of fresh air and body movement. End results are positive! Adaptability is essential for a happy relationship.
